3. User Account

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Usage

When you request a reservation through Venuto, we act as an intermediary to contact the restaurant on your behalf. We make reasonable efforts to secure your requested reservation but cannot guarantee availability.

4.2 Cancellations and Changes

Reservation changes and cancellations must be made through our platform or by contacting our customer service. Cancellation policies may vary by restaurant.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

Venuto charges a monthly subscription fee for unlimited booking services. New users receive one free booking before subscription begins.

5.2 Payment Terms

Monthly fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Make false or fraudulent reservations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass restaurant staff or other users

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimers

Venuto provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reservations will be available or that restaurants will honor bookings made through our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Venuto's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Venuto operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
